There is a problem with your PC and you need to restart it. Now there are two scenarios. The first is a scenario where you can start the computer and then perform the steps. If your computer doesn’t boot right now, there’s not much you can do. You need to follow the steps below.
Steps to follow when system Boot to Windows

The first step is to get ahead and disable ELAN service, if your computer is booting up, so go to the start menu and click on the power icon, then while holding the shift key on the keyboard click on the restart, so make sure you are pressing and holding on the keyboard and then click on the restart and that will take you to advance option.
On choose an option screen, go ahead and click on troubleshoot, then click on advanced options, then click on start-up settings, then you will see on-screen “Restart to change Windows options”, below that in the right corner there will be a restart option, choose that option, then you will see “Press a number to choose from the options below”, on this screen press number five “Enable safe mode with Networking” or F5 and this will take you to the safe mode.
Now enter your pin or password to login to the computer, now once you are in safe mode go ahead and type in “system configuration” in the Windows search box, and then click on system configuration, go to the services tab, and then click on Hide all Microsoft services, put a check over here and then go ahead and find “Enlan service”, so over here you will find Elan services, go ahead and uncheck that box, then click on apply, then click on okay, then restart your computer.

The next step is to perform a clean boot, to perform clean boot go ahead and type in system configuration in the window search box, then click on system configuration, go to the services tab, put a check on the option called “Hide all Microsoft services”, then click on disable all, then click on apply, press OK, and then restart your computer that should go ahead and fix the problem.

Update Or download Intel Driver & Support Assistant (Intel DSA), click on download, and once the download is completed; it will go ahead and scan your system, if you see any pending update here, click on download, it will go ahead and download, once the download is complete, click on install now or click on install, and once the installation is done, restart your computer, the problem will be fixed.

Also, make sure that you update your entire system manufacturer website, so if you have a dell computer, go to dell website, if you have Lenovo, go to Lenovo website, if you have HP, go to HP website and go ahead and download all the drivers from you system manufacturer website and that should go ahead and fix the problem.

Now in case, your computer is not booting up to Windows then you can go ahead and follow these steps:

Steps to follow when System Does Not Boot to Windows
1) Perform System Restore
2) Reset Windows 10
3) Reinstall Windows 10 using Flash Drive (will result in data loss)
Perform System Restore, outside the system, for this you have to go ahead and shut your computer, if your computer is ON, shut down your computer. Now if your computer is booting up to the login screen, then you can go ahead, press and hold the shift key on the keyboard and while holding the shift key on the keyboard, click on the power icon and restart on the login screen which will take you to the Windows recovery site.
Now if your computer is not even going to the login screen, in that case, you can go ahead and shut down your computer and you have to go ahead and start your computer and as soon as you start your computer then when you see the power light on the power button, you go ahead and shut down the computer immediately.
Then again start the computer then as soon as you see the power light on the power button, go ahead and shut down your computer once again. For the third time, restart your computer normally and it will take you to the Windows recovery screen.
Now in case you do not see the recovery screen, you can go ahead and repeat the process and once you are on the recovery screen, you can go ahead and click on “ See advanced repair option”, and then click on troubleshooting, then click on advanced options, then click on system restore, select your user name, enter the pin or password.
Now you will see the system restore screen, then go ahead and click on Next, now over here you will see restore point for example your computer can have only one restore point, your computer can also have multiple restore points, so you have to go ahead and select the date and time, on which date you were not receiving this restore screen error, suppose you started receiving this error today then you have to go ahead and select the restore point for yesterday or day before yesterday.
So make sure you are selecting the restore point on which date you were not facing the problem, so select the restore point and then click on next and then click on finish. Once you click on finish it will go ahead and perform a system restore and that error should go away.
Now in case system restore does not work, click on troubleshooting, so come back to Windows recovery screen,
follow the same step and once you are in the recovery screen click on Troubleshoot, then click on Reset this PC.
Now there are two options, the first is to keep my files, the second is to remove everything. Now when you select the keep my file option, all the applications and the settings will be lost but you will not lose any personal data on the computer. The application you will lose but it will keep your files but when you select the remove everything option, you will lose all the data on the computer and you have to start it from scratch. Now select your user name and enter the password or pin code and click on continue, and then follow the onscreen instruction to reset your computer, that should go ahead and fix the problem.
