1) Perform System Restore

2) Reset Windows 10

3) Reinstall Windows 10 using Flash Drive (will result in data loss)

Perform System Restore, outside the system, for this you have to go ahead and shut your computer, if your computer is ON, shut down your computer. Now if your computer is booting up to the login screen, then you can go ahead, press and hold the shift key on the keyboard and while holding the shift key on the keyboard, click on the power icon and restart on the login screen which will take you to the Windows recovery site.

Now if your computer is not even going to the login screen, in that case, you can go ahead and shut down your computer and you have to go ahead and start your computer and as soon as you start your computer then when you see the power light on the power button, you go ahead and shut down the computer immediately.

So make sure you are selecting the restore point on which date you were not facing the problem, so select the restore point and then click on next and then click on finish. Once you click on finish it will go ahead and perform a system restore and that error should go away.

Now in case system restore does not work, click on troubleshooting, so come back to Windows recovery screen,

follow the same step and once you are in the recovery screen click on Troubleshoot, then click on Reset this PC.

Now there are two options, the first is to keep my files, the second is to remove everything. Now when you select the keep my file option, all the applications and the settings will be lost but you will not lose any personal data on the computer. The application you will lose but it will keep your files but when you select the remove everything option, you will lose all the data on the computer and you have to start it from scratch. Now select your user name and enter the password or pin code and click on continue, and then follow the onscreen instruction to reset your computer, that should go ahead and fix the problem.
