If your ticket is related to installation, please note that you cannot use the WordPress Plugins Uploader to install MyReviewPlugin. MyReviewPlugin contains 4 plugins, some themes, and some documentation. Its content needs to be uploaded to the wp-content/plugins/ directory. If you open the myreviewplugin-XX-XXXX.zip file, you will see a documentation/ folder, in this is an installation guide.


If you cannot find your license key please use the license key recovery page. If you need to download the latest version of MyReviewPlugin please use the download recovery page. If you have presales questions, they're probably answered in the frequently asked questions page.


If your ticket is related to reviews not showing up, star ratings, comparison tables, custom fields, or general setup, please note that if you go to the Plugins page in WordPress, under the MyReviewPlugin entry you will see a link titled "Video Tutorials", click it, and you will find a series of video tutorials that assist you through many of these tasks.
